In June 2017, to ease employees’ work pressure, strengthen interpersonal bonds and boost team cohesion, KESM Industrial organized a company-wide team building activity at Mount Taishan. Set against the natural mountain landscape, this hiking event enabled employees to relax and bond while trekking. The climb also united the team and forged a strong collective spirit.

During the hike, all staff stayed energetic and steadfast as they moved forward in a spirit of mutual assistance and solidarity. On the winding and steep mountain paths, everyone cheered and supported one another. Colleagues with better physical strength took the initiative to help teammates and kept the group moving at a reasonable pace. Together, they overcame tough terrain and fatigue, fully demonstrating perseverance and courage to rise above difficulties.

Free from unnecessary formalities, this outdoor climb helped temper employees’ willpower. Staff from different departments broke down communication barriers, communicated openly and worked closely together, which greatly brought everyone closer. Side by side, they built tacit understanding and strengthened their resolve amid challenges, embodying the spirit of unity, dedication and perseverance. The activity relieved workplace stress and fostered a harmonious, positive team culture.

Climbing a mountain is like tackling tough tasks, and every journey is a journey of self-improvement. This trip to Mount Taishan was not only a chance to get close to nature, but also an intensive exercise in building team cohesion. It united all members and boosted their sense of identity and belonging to the company. Going forward, employees will carry forward the spirit of perseverance and teamwork into daily work. With greater enthusiasm and better collaboration, they will drive the steady and sound development of the enterprise.
